Gozleme (gözleme) is a beloved Turkish flatbread, traditionally rolled thin, stuffed with savoury fillings, then cooked on a hot griddle until lightly blistered and golden. Our potato version uses the same seasoned filling as our cheburek — potato, onions, butter, cumin, paprika, and fresh parsley — but is pan cooked rather than fried, giving a soft, lightly crisp flatbread with no added oil. A lighter, healthier vegetarian option.
