Turkish Ezme Salad

Ezme is one of Turkey's most popular mezes — a finely chopped salad bursting with fresh Mediterranean flavours. Ripe tomatoes, red and green bell peppers, onion, parsley, and fresh mint are finely diced and combined with garlic, tomato paste, and red pepper paste. The dressing brings everything together: fruity olive oil, tangy lemon juice, sweet-tart pomegranate molasses, and aromatic sumac and dried mint. A touch of Aleppo pepper flakes adds gentle warmth without overpowering heat. Each small pot (60-80g) is the perfect accompaniment to our breads and pastries, or enjoyed on its own as a refreshing side.
