Olive Buns
Our Olive Buns are soft, pillowy bread rolls made with self-raising flour, dried yeast, and a generous amount of labneh (cream cheese) worked into the dough for extra richness and tenderness. The dough is studded with sliced green olives and fresh chopped parsley, shaped into individual buns, brushed with egg wash, and sprinkled with black seeds (nigella) before baking to golden perfection. Each bun has a beautiful golden crust with a soft, flavourful interior. Perfect for breakfast, afternoon tea, or as a side with soups and salads.
