Non — traditional Uzbek bread — is the centrepiece of every Uzbek meal. Our version is made with flour, milk, butter, and a touch of yeast, then hand-shaped with the traditional patterned centre using a bread stamp (chekich). Topped with sesame or nigella seeds and baked until golden. Soft inside with a slightly crisp crust. Each loaf is made fresh to order.
