Cheese Pogaca

Our Cheese Pogaca is a Turkish filled bread roll with a rich, savoury cheese filling. The soft, pillowy dough enriched with milk, yoghurt, and egg wraps around a generous filling of grated mozzarella and creamy labneh (Jibn Jebli), seasoned with grated garlic, chopped spring onion, dried mixed herbs, and a sprinkle of red pepper flakes for gentle warmth. Each pogaca is hand-shaped and baked until golden, with the cheese melting into a deliciously gooey centre. Perfect for breakfast, snacking, or as a side with soups.
