Black Olive Pogaca
Our Black Olive Knots start with the same soft, enriched pogaca dough made with flour, milk, yoghurt, and egg. Each ball of dough is rolled out into a thin circle and spread with a light homemade black olive paste — simply black olives blended with a touch of olive oil for a smooth, savoury spread. The circle is then rolled up tightly into a log and tied into an elegant knot before baking. The result is a beautifully shaped bun with swirls of olive paste running through the soft, fluffy bread. Perfect as a snack, with breakfast, or alongside soups and dips.
