Getting the most out of your order
Home-baked goods do not have the preservatives that supermarket versions do. That is the whole point — but it also means they need a little more care.
- Cinnamon rolls & croissants: Best on day one. Reheat at 160C for 5 minutes.
- Sourdough loaf: Bread bag at room temperature, 4-5 days. Improves on day two.
- Brownies: Cool room, 4 days. Fudgy texture sets better after a few hours.
- Date & walnut loaf: Wrapped in foil, 5 days. Freezes well in slices.
- Cookies: Airtight tin, best within 3 days.
